Jen RyanJen Ryan (Assistant Producer) has over sixteen years of experience performing audience and needs analyses, researching content, and collaborating with and leading teams across business groups worldwide to design and develop strategic learning, leadership and organizational development solutions. Jen has built and managed learning and organizational development function for all U.S. sites in a start-up environment, while working in partnership with Executive & Sr. Management and HR Business Partners. As a member of a four person team that created Intel’s first corporate level development program for Mid-Managers, she worked and consulted with Senior and Middle Managers to develop and implement Mid-Manager courses worldwide. Jen has also trained Senior Managers to facilitate course sessions on the topics of leadership, stakeholder management, business acumen, and strategy

Azine BugliarelloAzine Bugliarello (Registration) has a Masters in Business Administration from University of San Francisco and has been working in a marketing role for the last 10 years. She has been in the Consumer Electronics space for the last 9 years and enjoys being a part of the latest technology trends. Azine is currently managing the Americas Marketing team, and driving ecommerce and in-store marketing initiatives in the US and Canada. She is a creative and out of the box thinker who aims to bring energy and excitement to the collaborative process.

Gloria ChanceGloria Chance (Tech Coordinator) is a Technology and Business Operations Executive, leveraging technology, creativity and emerging trends to drive results. Gloria has built and directed business technology groups, project management offices (PMOs), ecommerce divisions and state-of-the-art I.T. services organizations from the ground up. Her background of experience includes work in Fortune 500 companies with recognition as an industry leader, business innovator and revenue generator. Gloria is Known for her transformative capabilities, with a strong business acumen and technical expertise exploited to drive enterprise success. She has leveraged her track record of success in next-generation technologies and operations excellence to improve cross-channel, alternative-channel and customer service strategies.

Susan GreeneSusan Greene (Board Member) has a Master’s Degree in Psychology and has worked in private practice for the past eight years. She facilitates groups and individuals in transformational growth to support deeply satisfying, wildly creative and sustainable life changes. As a former executive and consultant for leading edge companies such Patagonia, Smith & Hawken, PowerBar, Genentech, The Packard Foundation and Peet’s Coffee & Tea, her unique practices and results have been highlighted in U.S. New and World Report and HR Magazine. Currently she is co-facilitating the revolutionary program for corporate women: Leading with Power and Grace with Wendy Wallbridge.

Sherri LassilaSherri Lassila is an expert on women’s leadership and authentic work.  She has transformed the lives of hundreds of professional women from around the world in her seminars, workshops, group coaching, and individual coaching programs. With an MBA and MA in Education from Stanford University, and 15 years of transformational coaching and leadership development experience, Sherri has worked with senior leaders in Fortune 500 companies, private companies and start-ups, as well as organizations in the education and non-profit sectors. Sherri also co-taught with faculty from Stanford Graduate School of Business and the Coaches Training Institute, and has trained groups of coaches and trainers in the USA and Asia.

Amanda RotellaAmanda Rotella is the Advocacy & Community Relations Administrator with the Santa Cruz Area Chamber of Commerce. She has worked as Assistant Producer for a number of Chamber events including this past October’s Successful Annual Women’s Leadership Forum. She has a Masters Degree in Political Science from Fordham University, and will be taking her skills, fearlessness, and passion to change the world to Washington DC this spring.

Doris PickeringDoris Pickering is a Product Lifecycle Marketing and Business Operations Manager with diversified experience within various high tech environments. She worked for several years as a Senior Business Process Manager at Hewlett-Packard, and has managed successful product launches and process improvement initiatives. Doris is a confident public speaker with meeting facilitation experience. She earned a BA at Mills College and an MBA at St. Mary’s College in California.

Rosanne VathanaRoseanne Lee Vathana is a Business Development Executive in Digital Media. As Senior Director of Business Development at YuMe, Roseanne built publisher partnerships from the ground up to #1 video advertising network, reaching 70%+ of U.S. online population, monetizing millions of video views daily. She also served as Director of Business Development for Knight-Ridder Digital/McClatchey Interactive, where she managed content licensing and syndication P&L as well as executive-level relationships. Roseanne has negotiated and structured complex agreements with partners such as Amazon, MarketWatch and other content and technology firms, and led mobile and video initiatives across 30 local markets. She earned a Bachelors and Masters of Engineering at Cornell, and an MBA at UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.

Jane LodatoJane Lodato (Board Member) is Senior Vice President and Market Executive for U.S. Trust®. She has deep roots in the region’s technology and entrepreneurial communities. Most recently, she was Head of Global Brand Marketing for Silicon Valley Bank, where she worked for eleven years. An entrepreneur herself, Jane was Founder and Chair of Sierra Club Productions, an Emmy-award winning television division. Jane’s tenures also included SVP of Marketing for Universal Television; Special Projects Development for Chiat/Day; SVP of Advertising for ABC Television; and Director of Marketing for Adidas.

Nancy Nunziati

Nancy Nunziati (Board Member) is Vice President of Marketing at Neato Robotics, where she is responsible for all marketing strategy, execution, and communications. As a former marketing consultant to Dolby Labs, NETGEAR, Logitech, HP and Cisco, among others, she brings considerable expertise to Neato’s product marketing, positioning, messaging, launch, advertising & public relations, online presence, social media, SEO and SEM. Nancy is a creative thinker with the unique ability to break down often technical, complex products and convey the “big picture” while successfully managing the minute details.

Lisen StrombergLisen Stromberg (Board Member) is an award-winning writer and multi-platform journalist. Her essays, columns, and feature articles have been published in Newsweek, Salon, Forbes.com, MSNBC, and many others. Lisen spent nearly twenty years working in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. She was a Brand Manager at Nestle Corporation and a Vice President at Foote, Cone, Belding advertising agency. As President of Durham Marketing Group, she worked with high technology start-ups on their strategic business and marketing plans. As a social entrepreneur, she founded Supporting Our Sons in partnership with Dr. William Pollack, a nationally recognized expert on boys. Lisen is a member of the board of the Journalism & Women’s Symposium, a nationwide organization for female journalists. Lisen has a B.A. from Dartmouth College, an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at U.C. Berkeley, and an M.F.A. from Mills College.
